Rent is charged weekly and should be paid in advance, either weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
It is your responsibility to pay your rent.
You will be sent rent statements every three months. You can log into your rent account on line to check it. To sign–in to view your rent account click here.
If you are entitled to Housing Benefit you should make an immediate application to your local council. If you need help with completing the form contact our Financial Inclusion Officer. It is your responsibility to apply for Housing Benefit. Any Housing Benefit you receive must be used to pay your rent.

Our Customer Contact Centre is open until 7pm on weekdays and from January 2011 we will have a Tenancy and Neighbourhood Officer on duty until 7pm on weekdays to take your calls about rent.
